Point clouds in the 3D Web-Viewer: existing structures visible to everyone
Renovation, extra storeys, extensions – building on existing structures is one of the major growth markets in timber construction. You can now show your point cloud together with the planned construction in the 3D Web-Viewer. Architects and clients see at a glance how new and existing fit together – right in the browser, on a computer or tablet, with no installation.
For a meeting, simply prepare the view you want and share it with your client via link. They go straight to that view and can explore the planned construction.
IFC Viewer: see what’s inside at a glance
Received an IFC file from the architect? Select it in the project manager and the model appears in 3D right away. Rotate, zoom and compare several files directly.
For a closer look, open the full IFC Viewer. There you can hide storeys, components or entire object groups such as furniture, and check the properties of individual objects. When everything looks right, start the import with a single click.
IFC Converter: IFC import, reimagined
We have redeveloped the IFC import from the ground up. Before importing, the IFC Converter shows you what’s in the file – and you decide what goes into your project.
- Select precisely – components and storeys you don’t need simply stay out.
- Assign correctly from the start – walls, floors and roofs are mapped straight to your Dietrich's build-ups and materials.
- Fix errors during import – material or item number in the wrong place? Correct it before the data is transferred.
The result: less rework, clean data and more time for what matters.

Work faster
- Extensive input dialogs open up to four times faster.
- Drillings and fasteners in any orientation can now be placed directly in the graphics.
Better drawings
- Roof element drawings can be updated whenever something changes.
- Drawings can now also be created for entire roof surfaces, with more design options.
Up-to-date products
- New and updated products from STEICO, POLLMEIER, RIGIPS, KLIMAS and Rothoblaas in the component catalogue.
Clearer D-Calcs
- Calculate items and output verifications with a right-click.
- Tidy input forms that only show what is currently relevant.
